Day 1 Today you will arrive at Florence’s airport and will be transferred by coach to the Chianti Region, where you will spend 7 nights at a charming and comfortable Country-inn very centrally located for your daily excursions. Dinner at hotel.

 Day 2  Today you will have a full day escorted excursion to Siena and San Gimignano, great examples of Medieval Tuscan towns.  You will drive to Siena, where you will meet a private guide for a 3-hour tour: 

The village of SAN GIMIGNANO, and the Medieval town of SIENA are situated in the heart of our beautiful Tuscany. They are compelling stops for those tourists who want to remember this unique and impressive experience. The first stop of our tour is the village of San Gimignano, a magnificent example of a Medieval urban centre that is a UNESCO world heritage site. Here you will have free time to visit the village and its splendid squares, palaces, churches and the magnificent towers. The tour continues with sightseeing in Siena. Here your tour guide will accompany you to the city centre. Visitors will surely appreciate the architectural styles of the Cathedral and of the Town Hall in the Piazza del Campo, scenery of the world famous Palio race. Return to hotel for relaxation and Dinner. Overnight. B, L, D

Day 3   Today you will embark in an escorted Tour of Brunello with wine tasting and lunch included Brunello, presently considered the best wine in the world, has its ancestral roots in the passion of the inhabitants of Montalcino and in the ancient winemaking tradition, handed down from one generation to the next. The town of Montalcino, sanctuary of this wine produced from Sangiovese grapes, stands on a charming hill that will let you savour its natural wholesomeness. The town, its century-old fortress, and the best wineries reviewed in specialized magazines are the main destination of our outing. You will discover Montalcino, the splendid Abbazia di Sant’Antimo (St. Antimo’s Abbey) and the beautiful surrounding area. Along with a selection of other prestigious wines, you will also sample Brunello di Montalcino, known as the “Italian ambassador in the world of our  winemaking reality”, presently the most appreciated wine product in the whole world. Return to hotel for Dinner and overnight. B, L, D

Day 4  Today you will travel by coach to Florence for a full day visit.  You will meet your guide a take a 3-hour Florence city tour on foot. Visit the Academy Gallery and, after lunch, explore the famous Florence “Mercato di San Lorenzo”. In late afternoon return to your hotel for dinner and overnight. B, L, D

Day 5  After breakfast you will depart by coach ti explore the Chianti area: visit the towns of Radda in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti and Gaiole. These villages are all in the wine region and very close to each other. Here you really experience the Tuscan country-side and the hospitality of its people. B, L, D

 Day 6   Today is your day to sit back and relax at the Borgo. You will take part in Avery enjoyable cooking class followed by lunch: The traditions of Tuscany are strongly linked to its flavors and cuisine. We offer our guests cooking classes in the typical Tuscan style, to help them discover our roots and culture in a fun and original way. Learn about the secrets of our cooking, the basic ingredients of our tradition, and the magical way in which we combine them. From bruschetta to homemade pici to the myriad of crostini, you will bring home a bit of Tuscany to your dinner table.  Dinner at hotel and overnight. B,L,D

Day 7   Today you will take a guided excursion to the Cinque Terre. Our trip to the CINQUE TERRE is an unforgettable whole day devoted to the discovery of one of the most amazing and enchanting landscapes in the world. Five (Cinque) villages, hanging between sea and land, a place  where you can immerse  yourselves in paradise, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. Our visit begins at daybreak, with the arrival at RIOMAGGIORE: the village, dating back to the early thirteenth century , is  famous for its historic character and local wine. You can admire the houses leaning one against the other and stroll along the narrow cobble  alleyways and sheltered paths. We then reach MANAROLA by walking along the famous “Via dell’Amore” (The Path of Love) a romantic and evocative promenade hewn from the rocks falling sheer into the sea. The tiny harbor has a boat ramp and picturesque buildings clinging to the ravine. Our journey continues to MONTEROSSO, an ancient fishing village considered “The Pearl of the Cinque  Terre”, where you will be awed by its enchanting beaches and the lush vegetation encircling the little town. Here you will have free time to plunge into the crystal sea and sunbathe, before taking the boat to VERNAZZA, a seaside town surrounding a small natural port. As well as comfortable clothes and shoes, we recommend you bring your swimwear! At the moment the “Path of Love” is closed and the reopening depends on local authorities. If it still won’t be accessible  during high season, a longer route in boat will be offer as financial compensation and the given order of the visits may change. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight. B , L, D

Day 8  Today you will be transferred to Florence airport.  END OF TOUR SERVICES.
